The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
- Use Of Site
- Hooded products are for decorative purposes and should only be used on dogs while fully supervised. Please do not allow children or adults to play with hoods since in some breeds, the hoods could cover the dog’s eyes therefore causing emotional trauma and confusion for your pup.
- Consumer Agreement
- Plus Size Pups items need to be paid within 5 days via PayPal or Merchant Services. Please understand that we cannot ship items until full payment has been made.
- International
- For our International Customers, we want you as a customer and will do everything that we can to make your purchase a success. We will combine purchases within the same auction window on items purchased with the eBay ‘Buy It Now’. Once your item(s) ship, we’ll send you all airmail information yet once the package leaves our facility, you’ll need to take over with tracking its location. For obvious reasons, Plus Size Pups cannot be held responsible for lost packages if we have communicated the tracking information since it would be next to impossible to track outside of the U.S. If you have questions, please send us an email yet we only speak and write in English. If sending an email, we will get back to you within 48 hours since time zones may not warrant an expedient response. Since it would be next to impossible to know each countries customs fees and holding times, Plus Size Pups is not responsible for customs-related delays. In addition, we have found that honesty on the forms speeds the process so we will report all facts about the purchase on all applicable customs forms and it will be the Buyer’s sole responsibility for taxes and custom fees.
- Return Policy
- If your order is the wrong size or you decide you want a different style, please feel free to return the Plus Size Pups item. We’re more than happy to provide our valued customers with a refund or exchange. Make sure if you want a replacement item, you let us know in a note on the returned item. No problem about shipping since we’ll pay to resend your exchange item. We believe that the customer is always right so let us know if our product did not meet your needs. If you’re requesting a refund, we will refund your entire purchase (minus shipping/handling) once we’ve received the returned item. It’s just that simple!
